  • Created and maintained user interface for Internet Retailer Top 15 ($1B+ revenue) e-commerce site that was ranked the #1 general merchant site on the web by Forrester Research and #2 by Gomez.
  • Established usability testing program to improve customer experience on website and new projects. Currently direct all ongoing research.
  • Responsible for IA and customer experience during complete site redesign and rebranding of QVC.com in 2007. Included management of outside design firm.
  • Designed interaction for innovative SMS ordering system, WAP/XHTML Mobile website and SMS keyword launch in 2008.
